2020 has been a challenging and heartbreaking year around the globe. The impact of COVID-19 has devastated families and disrupted business and trade and continues to do so. To those of you who have lost someone close to COVID-19, I extend my sincere sympathy.
Who would have thought this time last year that the ‘new normal’ is radically different to twelve months ago and we may not have the freedom to travel and interact with others the way we did for quite some time?
