Frank is known for his experience, credibility and passion for identifying, building and facilitating business relationships between Australians and their counterparts in Africa. Frank’s business development career spans over 25 years in two continents (Africa and Australia) with vast experience in marketing communications, advertising, public relations and broadcasting.
Frank recorded accomplishments as an entrepreneur having successfully started a number of firms including independent broadcast content development firm, Anekx Productions in Lagos, Nigeria, Fieldwork Limousines and OctoberFirst Consulting Sydney both in Australia.
Frank is actively involved in business match-making, international conference management and Africa investment promotion consulting in Australia. Frank acquired initial tertiary education in Nigeria and further undertook Post-Graduate studies at University of Technology Sydney.

With over 8 years of experience in market research, feasibility studies, land economics and due diligence studies across Africa and other emerging markets, Nakul has been involved with a wide array of industrial & manufacturing mandates across globally including Nigeria, Congo, Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Mexico, Oman, Myanmar and Vietnam among others.
During his previous experience with a Global Fortune 200 firm across the Industrial Services (Emerging Markets) vertical, Nakul has been instrumental in handling a wide variety of industrial mandates of international significance including Business Plan Formulation Studies, Financial Feasibility Studies, Optimal Development Strategies, Location Decision Studies, etc. for large scale Industry Specific Clusters including Port Clusters / Integrated Industrial Townships / Industrial Parks and Free Zones.
Some of the key clients he has worked with include government and prominent global private sector players such as the Govt. of Nigeria, Government of Congo, Government of Russia, Government of Kazakhstan, JICA / JETRO, Surbana Jurong, Dalian Wanda Group, Sembcorp, Sumitomo, Tata Steel, Jindal Stainless, Warburg Pincus, Apple India, etc Nakul joined OctoberFirst Consulting team in 2019.
